We accept high resolution PNG, JPEG, PDF & AI files. If the file is Low res and the cutter cannot pick up the design there is a £20.00 redesign fee. If you require a logo or piece of artwork to be made please get in touch, prices start from £20.00 depending on what is require. These are one off fees, once the artwork is created it's stored for future use.
