Terms & Conditions of Sale

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By submitting payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. About Us

Kingdom Vinyls is a UK-based sole trader specialising in custom vinyl sticker and decal production. We operate exclusively as an online business, supplying products via our website, email, socials and eBay store.

2. Ordering & Payment

2.1 How to Order

Orders are placed via our website, email, socials or eBay store. Bespoke and custom orders may also be received by direct message via our website, email, Instagram or eBay store.

 

An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received, cleared, and acknowledged by Kingdom Vinyls in writing.

2.2 Payment

Full payment is required upfront before any production begins. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout and/or payment link. Design fees (where applicable) must also be paid in full before design work commences. We do not offer credit or deferred payment terms.

 

Payment links are time-limited and may expire. If your payment link has expired, please contact us for a new one.

2.3 Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before payment has been made. Once payment is received, production begins and cancellation is not possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

 

Design fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including where an order is subsequently cancelled prior to production.

3. Design & Artwork

3.1 Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best possible print quality, we require artwork supplied in the following formats: PNG (high resolution), SVG (vector format), AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or PDF (print ready). Artwork must be supplied on a transparent or clear background wherever possible.

 

Submitting a file in one of the above formats does not guarantee print quality. If the source file is low resolution, compressed, or otherwise not suitable for print, quality may be affected regardless of file type. If submitted artwork cannot be rendered to an acceptable standard, we will advise you before any rendering fee is charged.

3.2 Rendering & Design Fees

If artwork requires rendering, tracing, or preparation to make it suitable for production, a design fee applies per order. This flat fee covers rendering, tracing, or preparing artwork that you supply. It does not cover Kingdom Vinyls creating a design from scratch — if you would like us to design your artwork rather than prepare your own, this is treated as a separate custom design service and quoted individually, and is not covered by the fee below.

 

The standard design rendering fee is £15.00 for the first design. Where multiple designs are required within the same order: the second design is charged at £10.00, and each additional design thereafter is charged at £5.00.

 

Design fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, as they represent our time in preparing your artwork. Once the design fee has been paid and the artwork rendered, the customer will be sent the rendered artwork file for their own use with any supplier.

 

A design fee is a one-off charge per design. Once paid, no further design fee will ever be charged for the same design regardless of when a repeat order is placed.

3.3 Design Approval

Where a proof or design preview is provided, the customer may take as long as they require to review and approve it. Production will not commence until approval is given.

 

Once a design has been approved by the customer, Kingdom Vinyls accepts no responsibility for errors in the approved artwork.

3.4 Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, trademarks, or copyrighted material included in their artwork. Kingdom Vinyls accepts no liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork. By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they hold the necessary rights or permissions to reproduce it.

3.5 Manufacturer & Brand References

Certain product listings reference specific vehicle manufacturers, models, or marques (for example Abarth, Ferrari, or Maserati) for identification and compatibility purposes only. These are aftermarket, manufacturer-inspired designs produced independently by Kingdom Vinyls. Kingdom Vinyls is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorised supplier or licensee of any vehicle manufacturer referenced on this website.

4. Production & Turnaround

4.1 Production Start Times

Production begins based on the delivery tier selected at the time of order, following receipt and clearance of full payment:

 

• Express (2–3 day delivery): Production begins the next working day following payment clearance.

• Fast (3–5 day delivery): Production begins within 2 working days following payment clearance.

• Standard (5–7 day delivery): Production begins within 3 working days following payment clearance.

• Economy (7–9 day delivery): Production begins within 4 working days following payment clearance.

4.2 Working Days

All turnaround times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays and weekends). Orders placed after 5pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be treated as received from the next working day.

 

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kingdom Vinyls will not be held liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

5. Postage & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Services

We dispatch via Royal Mail. If we are required to use an alternative shipping provider, you will be notified in advance. Postage costs are displayed at checkout and are charged to the customer. We ship to UK addresses only. Tracking information is not provided as standard but is available upon request.

5.2 Delivery Address

The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. Kingdom Vinyls is not liable for non-delivery or misdelivery resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-postage costs.

5.3 Postage Damage

In the rare event that an order arrives damaged in transit, the customer must photograph the damaged packaging and contents immediately upon receipt. Evidence of damage must be submitted to us promptly and before the item is used or applied.

 

Where postage damage is confirmed, Kingdom Vinyls will raise a claim with the relevant carrier on the customer's behalf. Replacement or refund timescales will depend on the outcome of the carrier's investigation. We will keep the customer updated throughout this process. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier investigations.

 

A refund will not be issued where packaging is damaged in transit but the product inside is undamaged and fit for use.

6. Defects & Replacements

6.1 Reporting a Defect

If you believe your order is defective, you must contact us promptly and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Issues must be raised before the sticker has been applied. We are unable to process claims for stickers that have already been applied, unless the defect is specifically related to application failure (for example, a sticker that will not adhere under normal conditions).

 

If the vinyl will not adhere, please document this with photographs or video before attempting to remove the item. We reserve the right to request additional evidence or information before processing any claim.

6.2 Our Commitment

Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no cost to the customer. Refunds will be considered where a replacement is not possible or appropriate.

 

We do not accept liability for defects arising from incorrect application, unsuitable surface conditions, or failure to follow our application guidelines. Where a customer experiences difficulty applying a sticker due to user error, we offer a 35% discount on a replacement order of the same item. This discount applies to personal orders only and is not available for commercial, resale, or bulk trade orders.

7. Application Guidelines & Liability

7.1 Application Instructions

Application instructions are included with every order. Please read them carefully before applying your sticker. Key guidance includes:

 

• Do not apply in direct sunlight or when temperatures are 20 degrees Celsius or above.

• Do not apply in cold or wet conditions (below approximately 5 degrees Celsius or when surfaces are damp).

• As a general rule of thumb, if a surface feels too cold or too hot to the touch, do not apply stickers.

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or wax before application.

• Do not apply to damaged, rusting, or flaking surfaces.

7.2 Vehicle & Surface Liability

Kingdom Vinyls accepts no liability for damage to any vehicle, surface, or property arising from sticker application or removal. The customer is solely responsible for assessing whether a surface is suitable for sticker application prior to use. We strongly advise against applying stickers to surfaces with damaged, ageing, or non-original paintwork, as removal may cause further damage to the surface.

 

Failure to follow our application instructions will void any replacement or refund entitlement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited in all cases to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss including but not limited to loss of earnings, event costs, or business losses.

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

 

All products, including preset designs, are manufactured specifically to your order — cut and printed to your chosen size, vinyl type, and finish, with no stock held. As such, they are made to your specification and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28). This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfil your order. We do not sell, share, or pass your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We will only contact you in connection with your order, payment, or dispatch notification. If you have opted into our email list, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us directly. We do not contact customers for any purpose unrelated to their order unless they have explicitly opted in to marketing communications.

 

We share your information only where necessary to fulfil your order — with our payment provider to process payment, with Royal Mail to deliver your order, and with Wix as the platform our store runs on. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

 

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

 

You can contact us at hello@kingdomvinyls.co.uk to access, correct, or delete your data. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

10. Changes to These Terms

Kingdom Vinyls reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to your purchase. We recommend checking our website periodically for updates.
